Why is Superior Equity Group located in Nevada rated "A" and Superior Equity Group located in California rated "C"?

Why is Superior Equity Group located in Nevada rated "A" and Superior Equity Group located in California rated "C"? Both of these companies are one and the same; shouldn't they be given the same BBB rating? The address in Nevada is the location of the administrative office and the company is also incorporated in Nevada. The location in California is the physical address and location of the sales floor. Superior Equity Group purchased Superior Gold Group; Bruce Sands, remains CEO of Superior Equity Group. Superior Gold Group has a "F" rating with BBB and is under investigation by the Santa Monica District Attorneys Office.
Cheers,
Francine

I really do hate to sound unappreciative; however, is there someway that we can get that rating backed down to an "F". They really are the same players and it seems to me that if an "F" rating is good enough for Superior Gold Group then it should be equally good enough for Superior Equity Group; do you really think these miscreant's will change their stripes or management style?
Cheers,
Francine

Francine,
This discrepancy has been reconciled and there is now only the one "C-" Rating for Superior Equity Group, viewable at the Report link above.
Thank you.
